Door decoration for Elias

Hubbie said I should have made something for Elias some time ago and here it is! His mum introduced us to hypnobirthing and we thank her a lot for that, so, there you go, for Elias and Mariola, a little thank you gift…

One more nursery decoration

Thing is, she hasn’t turned up yet, so what is there for a crafty mum to do other than either pay too much attention to her ailments X pass the time making useless stuff ???

Maternity leave bliss

Spent the afternoon sewing and wondering what Victoria is gonna look like…
So I thought it would be appropriate to use all the girlie leftovers and make some cushions to decorate her room!

Changing mat cover

This one I made to go with the bumper my mum-in-law made. It’s a cover for the changing mat ( a little plastic mattress on which you change the baby). To see the bumper and whole lilac set my mum-in-law made, go to my other blog.

Iphone crochet case

Made this one today! It s gonna keep my phone warm and cosy this winter!

Her name on the door

I really wanted something to put on the door. But since we rent, I couldn’t make anything too heavy or that would mess with the door. So I opted for felt letters, I think they’re cute in the end!

If everything goes according to plan, my baby girl will be born in three weeks. So yesterday I decided it was best to finish this Xmas project before all things went hectic here. I’ve had these patches for three years and never got to actually putting it together.

So here it is!

I gotta say that after 8 months and a bit still sewing this made me very proud, I want to use it as a table cloth on top of a red cover for the table on Christmas Eve. I want this Christmas to be kind of special because it will be my baby’s first Christmas!
